32 pounds down...98 pounds to go! #TheBet

Hello all my fitness mavens! I am so happy to finally be under 100 pounds from my goal weight! I have lost 32 pounds. I finally feel confident enough to start my workout routine. So Richard Simmons, I am about to get my feet dancing to the oldies tomorrow!

As far as my nutrition, I am doing well. I tracking my intake thanks to myfitnesspal. I cut my carbs, eliminated milk from my breakfast routine and replaced it with almond milk, and adding more veggies to my diet.

The Bet - Lost 20 pounds and feeling fine!

Well I hit the 20 pound mark! It took me about 3 months but I am very excited about my progress so far without exercising, not on a constistant basis. Starting tonigt, I am starting Disc 1 of Richard Simmons Sweatin' to the Oldies. Tomorrow I am changing my exercising routine to the morning. I brought the entire box set of Richard Simmon's Dancing to the oldies, which included 4 dvds so I will have a different routine each work out day. I really excited to see how much I will lose when I add a cardio routine to my healthy eating!I was also thnking about add a weight lifting routine to my new lifestyle but right now I am in the process of moving and I will need a gym that is affordable, offers classes, and open 24hr....that is going to be a tall order to fill but that is what I want!
