The Bet

So remember when I wrote about my journey on losing weight for my health. Well things just got serious. I made a bet with my husband Ian of Body By Ian! The deadline is the last day of May 2014 so I have some serious work to do.
Here is the breakdown of "The BET"!

  1. Whoever loses the most weight wins
  2. No fad diets, no supplements, no short cuts - just healthy eating
  3. We (my husband and I) must track what we eat everyday 
  4. We have to workout at least 3 times a week 
I am using My fitness pal on my phone and computer to track my progress. My hubby is going old school and using a pen and pad. 

So far my calorie intake is 1680 without exercising according to My Fitness Pal. Exercise wise - I am doing Richard Simmons Sweating to the Oldies. Actually I brought The Complete Collection of Sweatin' to the Oldies. I will tell you, this workout is no joke. I am on disc #1 and sweating the pounds away. I also like the motivational DVD that come with the collection too.  

So what do I get if I win

My husband, who is a huge Dallas Cowboys and Michigan Wolverine fan, will have to wear a  Philadelphia eagles Hat and wear a Ohio State shirt and announce on Instagram via video that 
The Philadelphia Eagles 
and TheOhioState Buckeyes are the best teams in Football

(Sidenote: I am a huge Philadelphia Eagles and Ohio State Buckeye Fan so this will be extremely sweet!)

So what do I have to do if I lose
Well that is not going to happen but if the world happens to ends
I will have to take a pole dancing class on video---Yeah, my thoughts exactly 

Which means I have to win!
